The room I got was fantastic, with a stunning river view and Milka at the concierge was superb - she helped with organizing my day and recommended top spots nearby! Staff were friendly and service quick. Chill-out in the garden area or the cozy TV room was just what I needed after a day of exploring. Just a hiccup with a room mix-up, but the manager was quick to offer solutions and even free breakfast. 🌿

Appreciated our stay, had lovely 4 days overall. Just 5 minutes on foot to Waterlooplein underground, was a big plus. The staff was thoughtful again with lovely staff members.

The breakfast was GREAT, room spacious with an amazing view! Would stay here again. The room was even better than in photos!

In the bar, they had a great selection of local beers and wines. One evening, I was sipping on a fantastic local beer, feeling like I was embracing the true spirit of Amsterdam. The bartender shared some fascinating stories about the city, making the experience even more memorable.

Check-in took about a half an hour due to the high volume of guests.

Accommodation was big and small, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Perfect and stunning rooms, just what was needed. Excellent service at all times. The facilities were amazing and easy to use. Everything was simply amazing.

What a breakfast spread! Everything you could want, all fresh and tasty. And the bed in my room with its canal view? Comfy. Plus, the bar had all my fav drinks. Safety features were top-notch. Just wish the hotel was closer to the airport—I needed more time for another drink at the bar. a cozy spot for a restful stay with a touch of greenery. Don't show up unannounced though! My German precision prefers a heads-up. Cheers to more travels!

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, and excellent security. This hotel is fairly close to the center but still away from the noisy center of this city. We found it very easy to get to and from the hotel using transportation, as it's close to everywhere in the center. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel facilities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. It wasn't in the centre of everything but it was well located and close to the tram and metro which made it easy to get around. The service was fantastic, from the room service to the housekeeping and the staff were all really helpful. The room itself was well-equipped, with amenities such as an iron, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch as well. Lastly, the leisure garden area was a great spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

If you're looking for a hotel that's centrally located, this might not be the one for you. However, it’s in a great spot to see most of the sights and it’s still worth recommending to friends.

Late check-in could be a hassle as there was only one receptionist at night. Room cleanliness could be improved, as I found hairpins that didn't belong to me on the carpet.

the hotel was super clean and cozy, and the location was amazing - just a hop - skip, and jump from the train station. the staff were total gems - offering top-notch service and marvelous local recommendations. and can't forget the peaceful canal-side room and the helpful team - especially after my wife lost her purse.

We got upgraded to an awesome room with a view of the canal, which was lit for taking Insta-worthy pics. The staff were chill and hooked us up with a map and sorted us with a sick restaurant for dinner. Plus, the location was wicked close to the cool attractions like the Heineken Experience and the Anne Frank House.

Would have been top if they had a cool rooftop bar or a sick DJ for us young party people to turn up the vibes at the hotel.
